Loretta Quayle,
Functional Medicine Certified Health Coach

As a young girl I watched my mother lose her battle with breast cancer and witnessed how little was known about the connection with nutrition and lifestyle in cancer treatment and prevention.

My mother died December 22, 1971 – one day before President Richard Nixon declared war on cancer. We haven’t won the war but we do know a lot more about it! I currently have a 20+ year background in nutrition. It has been my mission over the years to learn and discover everything and anything to help myself and others get and stay healthy. As a Functional Medicine Certified Health Coach I specialize in working with clients in the area of behavior change. This empowers clients to draw on their own internal strengths, develop self-knowledge and embrace self-management strategies. This is a partnership (I liken it to a mountain climbing expedition, it is your journey, I am your guide holding the flashlight when it is dark).

As a certified practitioner for HeartMath, I will be able to customize my clients needs with this invaluable tool, helping to navigate depression, anxiety and other areas due to stress responses. HeartMath is a form of biofeedback with a proven history of lowering stress and anxiety levels,
strengthening your immune system, and promoting your body’s optimal performance.

I believe in work/life balance and as I coach others in work/life balance, stress reduction, health, nutrition, wellness and self accountability, I will continue to live by my own tenet of time in nature, with friends, recreation and most importantly my family here in Bozeman, Montana.

“The food you eat can be either the safest and most powerful form of medicine or the slowest form of poison.”
—Ann Wigmore, health advocate and founder of the Hippocrates Health Institute

What Patients Are Saying

My coworkers and friends keep asking me how I lost all the weight, and I tell them Dr. Speight discovered the root cause of my health issues. Thanks to you I feel better than I have in years!!!

After ten years of being so ill, I feel fortunate to finally get my life back again. I am so grateful to have a doctor who stays current with new treatments and never gives up on the patient. I wanted to tell my story to give you hope that there is help and tell you to never give up.

What a concept: a doctor who actually listens to the patient, has no agenda other than to heal, and knows how to treat a toxic brain injury! I’ve made a dramatic recovery and have thrown away my medication.
